Who we are

Founded in 2025, Hang Time is a platform focused on amplifying the stories of women in sports

Our flagship podcast, Hang Time, serves as the foundation of our platform, bringing untold stories to life and sparking conversations that matter for women in sports. We create social content that amplifies the voices and stories of women across the sports industry, and we host in-person events to help foster learning and meaningful connections for women in sports.

Beyond media and events, Hang Time works with organizations, teams, and institutions to design and deliver workshops, speaking engagements, and strategic advising around leadership development, gender equity, and fan engagement. We help leaders and brands not only tell better stories, but also create meaningful impact in women’s sports and beyond.
