In this episode, Tayler is joined by Dr. Holly Sheilley, Executive Director of Athletics at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL). The two discussed how the evolution of women’s sports in the United States has led to increased visibility and more opportunities for women in sports. Dr. Sheilley shared insights from her experiences working in each of the NCAA’s three divisions and the national office, as well as what has been her focus since she arrived at UMSL, an NCAA Division II institution.
