How Playmakers Nashville is Supporting Women in Sports with Co-Founder Erin Ryder

In this episode, Tayler is joined by Erin Ryder, one of the co-founders of Playmakers Nashville, which is a membership-based community dedicated to igniting the power of women in sports on the field, behind the scenes, and at every level in between. Erin and her co-founder Emma May-Bradley have built a cohort model for women working in sports and young women aspiring to careers in sports in Nashville. Erin shared how the idea for Playmakers Nashville came to be, and why now was the right time to launch. She also discusses some of the innovative ways they are serving the needs of women in sports at various stages in their career.
